For as long as I can remember, life has revolved around the kitchen. My lifelong passion for the culinary world wasn’t sparked by fancy restaurants, but by the rich aromas and bold, authentic home cooking that filled my mom’s kitchen. She taught me that food isn’t just about sustenance—it’s about culture, connection, and the joy of sharing love through a home-cooked meal.

Our community, Avenue Culture, was created in profound honour of my mum and dad. Without their guidance, warmth, and appreciation for good food, I wouldn't possess the deep love for the culinary arts that drives me today. Every flavour we share is a tribute to the legacy they built in our family home. Forever in our hearts.
